forgot to mention, all last week antyime during planks, I'd usually not do them very long cuz it was making my triceps extremely sore. i think thats a sign of over training.

did worse on everything from Tuesday.actually did a helluva lot better on the situps, sergeant said i did 78, but she only counted 71. no idea how. she kept saying my hands weren't locked. no idea how they weren't at least a little bit locked. she said only one finger was. didnt matter eitehr way. the first minute i had 6 more than tuesday. so yeah, i was on pace for about 5 more. did 73 tuesday.pushups, hahaha, did 59. my arms are fuckin sore . over trained, about the only way to say it. before shwoering i did 3 230 lbs on teh chest press. could have did 8-10 on the 210 (actually did one extremely easy so decided to mvoe it up, some reason that extra 20 lbs is fuckin hard, maybe pulleys maybe not). did 10 100 lb triceps, didnt feel any harder than any other time. not easy by any means.then i did 70 reps of pushing a 30 lb up while laying down. that was fricken hard. usually can do 80-100 no problem, gets kinda hard the last 20 but thats what a good workout does. today, i got to 25 and had to hold it for a bit, then continued until slowly reaching 70.during the opushups my triceps were burning. i talked to a sergeant about PT has been taking my pushup scores down. i had 72 in december with bronhcuitis, 68 in january with chest pain (well, pain ddidnt start untuil 30 sec into the situps), then 66 last month and 62 this month. andd my arms and chest are a lot fuckin bigger than 3 months ago. especially my triceps.im just focusing on pushups, dips and triceps the next month, and the C sit for situps. i did some C sit yesterday when i got home. really easy after a few days of rest. i did 3 minutes or so and stopped, didnt feel it too much.this circuit PT stuff, ranger PT, is overtrained city.
