ab workouts

Do these 3-4 times a week with your regular workouts, maybe 20 minutes max on abs, if that.    You will start to shred.  Now that I hit 184 I'm going into shredding phase and implementing hardcore abs with some cardio, ill let ya know how it turns out in about 3 weeks.
