yeah, loses it novelty pretty quickly, I'm sure. I would say that if you've never played a FPS before, it might be fun to go through a whole game.
here's what i see:
1) waste of money for a huge contraption
2) you gotta hold the weapon up? hahahaha, have fun doing that for hours.
3) you gotta run? hahaha, that'll get rid of the obese kids quickly.
4) you can't run and gun at the same time unlike on a controller. huge disadvantage. you already pointed this out
5) if you made a sports game edition, how competitive could you really be?
6) only kids/teens would have the time to devote to this stuff. any adult putting valuable time into it is wasting a lot of it, no matter how much is spent
7) the guy 'running' on the contraption looks ridiculous.. then again, wearing that stupid mask is ridiculous in itself. not that it really matters.
8) people want to relax when they play games, not expend a ton of energy. again, this is geared toward the young crowd. adults are lazy.
