nhl 14, eh.  seems like an upgrade to 13 if anything.

everything is more fluid, but with the AI puck protecting in the D and neutral zones, its fucking retarded.  just like every other demo.  and im not talking A button, im talking passing without intent to breakout.

nhl 94, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA.  dude, that game fuckin blows.  icouldnt even figure out to change player, same as the pass button. played it for 7 min game time, so 2 min maybe.  2 min too long.
\how long was development on that?  an hour probably.  .  change the controls to very simple, finished.  it was so bad there's no O nor D.  chase the puck, try not to get hit, get hit, chase the puck, rinse, repeat.

the fighting, i think i got in 3 over 7 games. (lost second game of HUT, then went on to win the next time, played a few exhibitions for All Star Hardcore Sim.  trailing to start each game, couldnt come back ever, but only gave up no more than one goal a game.  )   guess people on the forums are smashing everything they see.  thats hnot how you play hockey.  i know 2 of the fights were uncalled for, would never happen in real life. the hits werent even that bad.  but that third one, i sent that guy gone.

Im calling it now..here's gonna be VS in a nutshell: Everybody getting the puck and holding it out to one side everywhere on the ice. People hold it to the side and then do a 180 while still holding it, then doing a no look back pass while curling the puck down. It just looks so goofy and if people tried that in real life they would fumble tthe puck all over the place.

Shoot top right with leftys across the high slot, top left with rightys, just like NHL 13, only more go into the net.

Shoot low from the blue line for even easier rebounds like NHL 13.

Pass into the slot and one time it far side works because the goalie will not slide over fast enough.

Come out from the red line and just casually skate AROUND the goalie and shoot far side (just like NHL 09,10,11, 12)

These goalies are garbage IMO.
