today's workout

deadlift      1x12   185 lbs.
deadlift      2x12   205 lbs.
pushups 3x20

pullups     3x12     body weight
tricep dips  3x15..... body weight..i'd have to get a waist belt to make it harder
bent over one-arm rows   3x10   60 lbs
standing bicep curls    3x(8-10)    30 lbs first two sets, 25 3rd set
cross-body curls    3x(8-10)    25 lbs

pullups  3x12 ... body weight minus 25 lbs.
tricep dips   3x15
seated rows.. 3x10    165 lbs.
sitting bicep curls  3x(8-10) ... 25 lbs first two sets, could do only 20 lbs last set
hammer curls  3x(8-10)  .. 20 lbs  .. these are easier but my arms were tired

what do you think? i know the weight is pretty low, but it's the most I'v e done so far
